As a renter, Landbank has been very helpful and courteous through the whole process. The home I moved into did have some issues with the dishwasher, smoke alarms, bathrooms, and garage. However, Landbank and specifically Alice have been quick to respond to my requests and all of the issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. Alice has been super helpful in making this place very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them as a renter.

We first used them when we moved from California and purchased our first home. They took the time to truly listen to our needs and wants, while also giving honest, practical advice that considered our family’s long-term needs. They were transparent throughout the entire process—no hidden fees, no surprises, just integrity and professionalism.
Five or six years later, as we entered a new season of life, we needed help selling our home and buying in a different area. Without hesitation, we reached out to them again.
Once again, they exceeded our expectations. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, asked about our deal breakers, and patiently showed us every home we wanted to see—even the ones we found on Zillow that they hadn’t initially recommended. After seeing those homes in person, we completely understood why they hadn’t suggested them in the first place! They never pressured us and always had our best interests in mind.

I just moved into a property that Landbank manages and it was Sunshine that I worked with directly. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to get me through the process. I needed to be in my apartment ASAP and Sunshine was able to make it happen. Once I got the keys, there was a minor issue with the AC (it was 115 degrees that day) but Sunshine got someone over to the property right away to fix it.
